About Us

Southview Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation...is an out-patient facility which provides physical rehabilitation, pain management, and sports care through licensed physical therapists.

• Initial Evaluation
  Physical therapy begins with an initial evaluation. This helps us to get to know you and your condition and helps us to plan a physical therapy program based on your individual needs.
• Treatments
  Your treatment is based on your initial evaluation as well as how you are doing on each day you are treated. Click here to view our treatment videos.
• Re-evaluations
  Re-evaluations are done at every visit and a comprehensive report is sent to your physician every 30 days. Re-evalutions help to guide the therapist in your treatment and help us to track your progress.
• Education
  Patients are educated at each visit about the progress they are making and are advised about the things they can do at home or at work or during their recreational activities to improve their condition. Click here for information about exercise programs to help get you on the road to good health.
• Prevention
  Patients are educated about how to prevent injuries in the future and are advised about how to improve their current condition.

Southview Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation provide daily treatment and rehabilitation at our Westfall Facility. Our individual treatment rooms insure patient privacy and our gym accommodates our modern exercise and training equipment.

Our staffing policy is designed to aid in prompt scheduling of patients. Same day appointments are often available. Treatments are scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
